Global Consumer Dispute Redressal

Since most of the Goods consumed by us are manufactured by the industries which have Global presence, the dispute redressal can also be effected globally.  Once a consumer at any part of the world gets a remedy for his grievances against a particular company/products, the same remedy shall be available to all the consumers without having to access their local courts/consumer forums for the same remedy.  This can be possible if the companies are made to adhere to universal common law principle.  For example, United Nations can  seek companies to register the companies which have global presence to follow an universal principle.  In this regard, UN can form a International Consumer Dispute Redressal Forum (like International Court of Justice).  Online e-court/Arbitration modules may serve the purpose.
